On September 20, the video teleconference on organizing business delegations to the fifth CIIE was held. Vice Minister of Commerce Sheng Qiuping attended and spoke at the meeting.

Heads of relevant departments of MOFCOM, the department of Finance of the National Health Commission, the Department of International Cooperation of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and Department of Commerce of Beijing attended the meeting in the main venue. Heads of the CIIE department and commerce departments of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps joined the meeting in parallel venues.
